Payments, donations, and technical errors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rock Island County, Illinois.

Use outside the United States.

The Site is operated from the United States and intended primarily for United States of America users. Access from other locations is at your own risk and subject to local laws.

Arbitration.

At the sole discretion of Black Hawk College East Foundation, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted.

Severability and entire agreement.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
